When he is not working, Brian is an avid golfer, likes to read, and enjoys spending time at home.
Brian is a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies.
Prior to starting his accounting career, Brian spent 11 years on active duty in the U.S Army
Brian Barto, EA, is the founder and owner of Tax Debt Resolution Services of Winchester, VA LLC, and six Liberty Tax locations in Winchester, VA, Strasburg, VA, Martinsburg, WV, and Charles Town, WV.
Brian is passionate about continually learning more about the tax industry. He is always looking for new strategies to help his clients find creative ways to resolve their IRS debts and get on a path to financial freedom.
He is also the founder and owner of On the Money Books, LLC, a bookkeeping business and he operates a specialty insurance agency that focuses on Medicare Insurance products.
